Yes. Part of our interior design elements are customizable (colour, ..) without any extra charge. A total change of the house layout can also be considered. Same for all the decoration products and for the land location. In that case, a deep requirements review will be done with our team (designer, architect,…) and the project duration/ price will be amended accordingly.
Yes. RERA Certification (Real Estate Regulation Act) is mandatory for villa projects over 500sqm.
We propose a 1-year warranty for construction faults. We recommended you take out building and content insurance. We have agreements with international insurance companies already in place that we can suggest to you.

No. All our prices are preferential prices. Timeshare option is also an option for investors with limited budgets.
Timeshare is the possibility for you to get an exclusive use of the villa for 4 months every year. Timeshare is a way to access to rental investment with a limited budget. The project will start as soon as other investors have been found to complete the full amount to be paid for the villa. Each investor will earn rental income on an yearly pro rata basis.

No. Property management service (security, technical maintenance, gardener, housekeeping, concierge, sales and marketer, booking manager…) is a full package and optional. Selecting us for your rental and property management is having the insurance to generate the best rental income and maintaining your villa in the best conditions. Our team has been working in the hospitality sector for more than 15 years.We don’t deliver our services to villas that we didn’t build up. It’s an exclusive benefit for our clients.
In case you are interested in investing with other investors with the timeshare model, the property must be leased and managed by SAGAMA.
Yes. We have a (ex-hotel) revenue manager and prices are yielded throughout the year for the best market income.

Prices of SAGAMA VILLAS are all inclusive. You don’t need to pay additional for land, furniture, administration fees or anything else. On top, you have full assistance across the project for a peaceful journey.
Yes. You can definitively book your villa for a vacation. Goa is a perfect tourist destination. We recommend booking in advance and out of peak season so to not interfere with rental revenue performance. In case of timeshare, we will remove your taken days from the yearly investment pro rata basis.
We propose services “a la carte”. A check in/ out is done as for any tenant. Any repair or additional cleaning on departure will be invoiced. We really want to ensure that we keep the property in good conditions for the best financial performance of the daily rental operation throughout the year.
For all rentals, we ask for an identity card and payment in advance. We complete an inventory on departure and on arrival (with straight payment if any damage). A deposit is required for long stays.
